摘要：

二代炉龄生产实践进行简要分析，指出套筒窑炉龄寿命的几点主要控制措施，为今后套筒窑生产提供了一些参考。

Abstract:

BASK of Xing steel was put into operation in Februry 2005，and overhauled in June 2008.The first kiln was used for 3.42 years.Compared with the first，the second kiln has been significantly improved and lasted for 5.41 years till December 2013.The paper analyzed the production process of the second BASK and proposed several control measures for prolonging furnace life as a reference for future BASK production.
