摘要：

术后炎症性肠梗阻在临床中发生率较高，研究证实中医综合疗法是有效且安全的，为此病提供了新思路、新治疗方案，运用中医思维，给予标本治疗，降低术后肠道炎症反应，恢复正常肠道功能，同时提出预防复发的重要性。本文从中医角度总结其临床病因、发病机理、综合治疗方案。通过不同辨证分析中药组方及药物加减变化，探讨了针灸、推拿的各自治疗优势和适应证。

Abstract:

Postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction has a high incidence rate in clinical practice. Research has confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy is effective and safe, providing new ideas and treatment plans for this disease. By using traditional Chinese medicine thinking and providing targeted treatment, postoperative intestinal inflammation response can be reduced, normal intestinal transport function can be restored, and the importance of preventing recurrence is emphasized. This article summarizes the clinical etiology, pathogenesis, and comprehensive treatment plan from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the analysis of the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and the changes in addition and subtraction of drugs based on different syndrome differentiation, the respective therapeutic advantages and indications of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage were discussed.
