武钢7.63 m焦炉桥管炸裂原因分析及其改进修复

摘要:

分析得出低压氨水喷洒装置喷嘴倾角过大、桥管石墨生长过快需频繁清理、PROven系统异常及氨水杂质多是导致桥管炸裂的主要原因。通过制作新的低压氨水喷洒装置降低桥管温度,降低炉顶空间温度减少石墨清扫频率以及加强PROven系统故障的排除等使桥管炸裂现象有明显缓解。采用手工电弧焊冷焊法对桥管裂缝进行了焊补,修复效果良好。

Abstract:

It is concluded that the main causes of cracks on the gooseneck are excessive angle of inclination at LP ammonia liquor spray nozzle,graphite deposited in the gooseneck,which needs to be frequently removed,as well as much impurities in the ammonia liquor.A new LP ammonia liquor spraying device can lower the gooseneck temperature,reduce the free space temperature on oven top to extend graphite cleaning intervals and improve the troubleshooting in case of PROven system failure,which can remarkably minimize the cracking on the gooseneck.Finally,cold welding process by manual arc welding is adopted to repair the gooseneck cracks and the result is satisfactory.
