摘要: 针对220 t/h干熄焦装置水冷套管的频繁内泄漏问题,运用TRIZ的解题思路和步骤,得到15种解决方案,通过制造成本、难度系数、复杂程度、制造周期、可操作性等几个维度综合评判,最终选定方案8予以实施,使用1年,效果良好。

Abstract:

Based on the TRIZ theory and in view of the frequent internal leakage of water-cooling jacket tube in 220 t/h CDQ unit,15 solutions are obtained by using TRIZ resolving problems and steps.Finally,through comprehensive evaluation in terms of manufacturing cost,difficulty coefficient,complexity,manufacturing cycle and operability,etc..Option 8 has been selected and put into operation for one year,which shows a good performance result.
