摘要:

因传动连接轴强度不够而产生疲劳扭曲,从而发生7.63 m焦炉吸气管电液调节翻板调节失效的问题,引起焦炉荒煤气压力系统调节失控。采用微负压控制的技术方法,可以在确保电捕焦油器含氧安全的前提下对电液翻板进行安全更换。

Abstract:

Driving shaft contort might happen due to mechanical fatigue caused by insufficient strength of the shaft,it would result in failure of the electro-hydraulic damper in suction main of 7.63 m battery,and it would even cause failure in crude gas pressure control system.The slight negative pressure method could ensure that the electro-hydraulic damper can be replaced in a safe manner with precondition of the oxygen content in the ETP staying at safe range.
