摘要:

介绍了大型捣固焦炉煤饼输送机构的结构并分析了煤饼塌饼的原因。从配煤要求、捣固机选用、捣固煤箱刚度要求、煤饼高宽比等方面提出了保证煤饼输送稳定性的措施。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the structure of coal cake conveying mechanism for large capacity stamp-charge battery,and analyzes the cause of coal cake collapse,and then puts forward measures to ensure the stability of coal cake when being conveyed,in aspects of coal blending requirement,stamping machine selection,requirement for the rigidity of coal cake box and height-width ratio of the coal cake,etc..
