摘要：

针对焦炉深火道通洞现有修理技术存在的弊端，在隔热保护装置、耐火砖选材及炉温控制等方面提出改进方案，以提高深火道通洞修补的质量和效率，将对焦炉砌体造成的损害降至最低。

关键词: 深火道, 通洞, 修补, 隔热保护装置, 零膨胀硅砖

Abstract:

In view of the current problems in repairing the through-holes in middle flues of coke oven，solutions are given in aspects of thermal insulation device，refractory brick selection and oven temperature control，etc.to improve the repairing quality and efficiency by replacing the damaged part，which can minimize the damage to the coke oven refractory brickworks.
