摘要:

焦炭夹带异物会造成皮带输送系统堵料,影响后续工序的稳定运行,甚至影响高炉炼铁质量。通过采取一系列措施,前道工序较大异物进入焦炭的频次以及焦仓和缓冲仓铸石砖脱落频次均大大减少,改进效果明显。

Abstract:

Foreign substances carried with coke would cause blockage of belt conveying system and disturb stable running of downstream units even debase iron making in blast furnace. Measures are taken to dramatically minimize the frequency and possibility of bigger foreign substances from the upstream units into coke as well as come-off of cast stone bricks from coke bin and surge hopper, which has achieved a remarkable result.
