摘要:

根据7 m焦炉生产工艺实际状况,通过工艺优化、设备改造、精细化管控,实现了焦炉烟道气脱硝后NOx<100  mg/m3的超低排放要求,同时减少了纯碱、液氨和焦炉煤气的消耗量,年经济效益达324万元。

Abstract:

According to the actual situation of 7 m battery operation, we have taken measures, such as process optimization, equipment innovation and fine management to meet the stringent requirement, i.e.NOx<100 mg/m3 after DeNOx treatment and minimize energy consumption, like soda, liquefied ammonia and COG, with annual economic benefit up to 3.24 million RMB yuan.
