摘要:

介绍了7.63 m焦炉推焦机的控制流程及特点,分析了推焦机在单体控制和系统控制方面的缺陷,主要问题是单步逻辑控制的操作时间过长,通过改进优化,推焦机操作时间由681 s减少到627 s,提高了自动化控制水平。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the control process and features of 7.63 m battery pusher machine and analyzed the defects in individual control and integrated system control,in particular too much operating time on one-step logic control.Through the optimization,its operating time can be cut from 681 seconds to 627 seconds and its automation level can be upgraded.
