摘要：

我国耐火材料自动化生产装备经历了从无到有、从弱到强的发展过程，从最初简单的手工工具不断更新换代，逐步发展到智能仓储立库、自动配料设备、“四位一体”成型设备、自动包装设备等自动化装备，并随着计算机软件系统的深入应用，耐火材料迈进工业3.0时代。以本公司的智能化改造升级为例，阐述了耐火材料生产装备绿色智能化取得的效果和遇到的问题，提出了我国耐火材料生产装备绿色智能化发展所面临的问题，并展望了未来发展前景。

Abstract:

Refractory automation production equipment in China has experienced from scratch,from weak to strong development process,from the initial simple manual tools updated,gradually developed into intelligent warehouse,automatic ingredients equipment,“four-in-one” molding equipment,automatic packaging equipment such as automatic equipment.With the further application of computer software system,refractory has moved into the industrial 3.0 era.Taking the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the company as an example,this paper simply describes the effects and problems of green and intelligent refractory production equipment,puts forward the problems faced by the green and intelligent development of refractory production equipment in China,and looks forward to the future development prospects.
