摘要:

以特优矾土、电熔镁砂和镁碳再生料等为骨料,以电熔白刚玉、电熔镁砂和其它碳源材料等为基质,研究了微粉和镁碳再生料加入量对含碳钢包包壁修补料性能,特别是其附着性能的影响。试验以将加水混碾好的适量泥料用小铲刀抛投到垂直的瓷砖表面上的停留时间作为附着性好坏的判断依据。结果表明: 加入7% α-Al2O3微粉、4%硅灰和25%的镁碳再生料效果较好。

Abstract:

By using the super-excellent bauxite,fused magnesia and magnesium-carbon recycled materials as aggregate and fused corundum,fused magnesia and other carbides as matrix,it is important to study the properties of micropowder and magnesium-carbon recycled materials on the wall repair of carbon-containing ladle,especially the effect of the adhesion properties.In the experiment,the residence time of the appropriate amount of mud mixed with water and thrown into the vertical tile surface with a small shovel was used as the basis for judging the adhesion.As a result,7% α-Al2O3 powder,4% silica fume and 25% magnesium-carbon recycled material are better.
