摘要:

介绍了朝阳钢铁公司冶金石灰回转窑生产结圈情况,从石灰石的成分、磨损率、破损率方面,与先进企业进行对比,同时对回转窑操作参数和热工制度进行分析与探讨,明确了结圈的原因。针对回转窑结圈的原因采取了一系列措施,有效的控制了回转窑结圈,实现了回转窑稳定生产,突破了单台设备生产能力,实现产量的提高。

关键词: 回转窑, 破损率, 磨损率, 热工制度, 结圈, 预防措施

Abstract:

This paper introduces the present situation of ring formation in the production of metallurgical lime rotary kiln in Chaoyang Steel Co.,Ltd.,and compares the composition,wear rate and damage rate of limestone with the aspects of advanced enterprises,additionally analyzes and probes into the operation parameters and thermal regulation of rotary kiln,and clarifies the causes of ring formation.A series of measures have been taken against the causes of ring formation for the rotary kiln,which effectively control the rotary kiln ring,realize the stable production of rotary kiln,break through the production capacity of single equipment and realize the increase of output.
