摘要: 以 83 回转窑矾土、90 碳化硅,α- 氧化铝微粉和硅灰为主要原料,纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂制备低水泥高铝 碳化硅浇注料。研究了在夏季施工时,添加的柠檬酸、硼酸和氟硅酸钠三种缓凝剂对低水泥高铝碳化硅浇注料可施工 时间、抗折强度和耐压强度的影响。结果表明:氟硅酸钠的缓凝效果最好;110 ℃烘干 24 h 后常温抗折强度和耐压 强度均有所降低,而 1 100 ℃和 1 400 ℃热处理 3 h 后抗折强度和耐压强度增减不明显,故在夏季施工时可优先选用 硼酸或氟硅酸钠作为缓凝剂

Abstract: Low cement high alumina silicon carbide castable was prepared with 83% rotary kiln bauxite,90% silicon carbide,α-Al 2O3 and silica fume as main raw materials,pure calcium aluminate cement as binder. This paper studied the effects of adding citric acid,boric acid and sodium fluorosilicate as retarders on the construction time,modulus of rupture and compressive strength of low cement high alumina silicon carbide castable. The results showed that the retarding effect of sodium fluorosilicate was the best,the modulus of rupture and compressive strength at ambient temperature decreased after 110 ℃ drying for 24 hours,while the modulus of rupture and compressive strength increased or decreased slightly after 1 100 ℃ and 1 400 ℃ heat treatment for 3 hours,therefore,boric acid or sodium fluorosilicate can be used as retarder in summer.
