摘要: 为了进一步提高Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的性能,以特级矾土、棕刚玉、SiC、Al2O3微粉、白刚玉、硅微粉、97硅粉、Si3N4粉为主要原料,以高铝水泥为结合剂,制备了铁沟浇注料,研究了Si3N4加入量对铁沟浇注料性能的影响。结果表明: 添加Si3N4可使浇注料在高温下具有更优异的机械性能、抗热震性和良好的抗氧化性;另一方面由于材料在烧结过程中生成了β-赛隆相,并与刚玉紧密结合,使试样结构致密,提高了材料的抗渣性能。

Abstract:

In order to further improve the performance of Al2O3-SiC-C iron ditch castable,the iron ditch castable was prepared with super bauxite,brown corundum,SiC,Al2O3 micropowder,white corundum,silica micropowder,silica powder(SiO2>97%) and Si3N4 powder as main materials,and high alumina cement as binder.The effect of Si3N4 content on the performance of iron ditch castable was studied.The results show that the castable with Si3N4 has better mechanical properties,thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature.On the other hand,because of the β-sialon phase formed during the sintering process and tightly combined with corundum,the structure of the sample is compact and the slag resistance of the material is improved.
