硅质耐火材料中α-石英相定量分析方法的研究

摘要:

利用鳞石英和α-石英标样配制了α-石英相含量分别为0.4%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%、6.0%的样品,用粉末X射线衍射法(XRD)定量分析了这些样品中的α-石英相的含量,并根据α-石英相的衍射强度与其含量之间的线性关系绘制了标准工作曲线。通过该工作曲线就可以准确地定量分析硅质耐火材料中α-石英相的含量。

Abstract:

In this study,the siliceous refractories were prepared with tridymite and α-quartz,with the α-quartz phase contents of 0.4%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,4.0%,5.0%,6.0%,respectively. The contents of α-quartz phase were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),and the working curve was drawn according to the linear relationship of diffraction intensity and the content of α-quartz phase. With the curve,the contents of α-quartz phase in siliceous refractories can be accurately and quantitatively analyzed.
