摘要/Abstract

摘要：

简述了烧成镁钙砖的生产工艺流程，介绍了晾料、成型、烧成等环节的注意事项，阐述了烧成环节出现的大小头裂纹、水化角裂、冷裂等废品的产生原因以及相应的调整措施，实现了产品合格率的提高，各项性能指标均得到改善。

关键词: 镁钙砖, 工艺流程, 烧成, 废品分析, 解决措施

Abstract:

This paper briefly describes the production process of fired magnesium calcium brick，and introduces the points for attention in drying,molding and firing,ect..It aslo expounds the causes of waste products,such as big and small head cracks,hydration corner cracks,cold cracks in the firing process and the corresponding adjustment measures,so as to realize the improvement of the qualified rate of the products and the improvement of the performance indexes.
