摘要:

石灰窑中燃烧过程均是燃料在再燃区氧化和还原过程。各工艺参数不仅影响产品质量,而且直接影响NOx的排放。本文分析了温度和空气过剩系数对燃料型氮氧化物还原的影响。结果表明:调整燃烧工艺参数是降低NOx排放的有效途径。

Abstract:

The combustion process in a lime kiln is the process of oxidation and reduction of fuel in the reburning zone.The process parameters not only affect the product quality,but also directly affect the NOx emission.The effects of temperature and air excess coefficient on fuel nitrogen oxide reduction are analysed.The results show that adjusting combustion parameters is an effective way to reduce NOx emission.
