钢包底用抗爆裂刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的研制与应用

摘要:

以优质铝矾土、电熔白刚玉、板状刚玉、铝镁尖晶石、电熔镁砂和氧化铝微粉等为主要原料,分别用纯铝酸钙水泥、 ρ-Al2O3微粉、硅微粉和镁凝胶作结合剂,制备了各种浇注料。比较了结合剂种类、颗粒级配以及防爆剂加入量对包底浇注料脱模后强度、抗爆裂性能和显气孔率等的影响。结果表明,用镁凝胶作结合剂的试样抗爆裂性能最好,用硅微粉的次之;适当增加颗粒量和防爆剂量有助于提高试样的抗爆裂性能。

Abstract:

Castables were prepared with high-quality bauxite,fused white corundum,tabular corundum,magnesium aluminate spinel,fused magnesia and alumina micro powder as main raw materials,and pure CAC, ρ-Al2O3 micro powder and magnesium gel as binders respectively.Effects of binder types,grain grading and addition amount of burst resistance agent on strength of ladle bottom after demolding,burst resistance performance and apparent porosity were compared.The results showed that the magnesium gel was the best binder for burst resistance,while silica micro powder was the secondary.Appropriate increase the amount grain and burst resistance agent was better for improving the burst resistance performance.
