摘要:

以轻烧镁橄榄石、烧结镁砂、电熔镁砂为主要原料,酚醛树脂为结合剂,研究了硼砂加入量对镁-镁橄榄石质干式料性能的影响。结果表明: 硼砂对试样的体积密度影响不大,而其常温强度和烧后强度则随硼砂加入量的增加呈增大趋势,硼砂能改善干式料的抗渣性能,但加入量过高则会起到相反作用。

Abstract:

The effect of the addition of borax on the properties of magnesia-forsterite dry mix was studied by using lightly burned forsterite,sintered magnesia and fused magnesia as raw materials and phenol formaldehyde resin as binder.The results show that borax has little effect on the bulk density of the sample,the strength at room temperature and after burning increases with the addition of borax,and borax can improve the slag resistance of dry materials,but too much of it will have the opposite effect.
