Abstract:

The reason for the vibration failure of CDQ circulating fan is analyzed through frequency spectrum.It is found that the failure is caused by unbalanced rotor.The rotor is timely replaced，and during the replacement，it is found that there are many abrasions and cracks at the root of rotor blades.This verifies the judgement for the previous failures.Therefore，more serious accident such as broken of rotor blades can be avoided，and the purpose of predicative maintenance can be achieved.
