Abstract:

The application of DCS S7-400 in the production control system of 7.63m coke oven battery,and the system structure,control philosophy,and man-machine interface of the whole automatic control system are introduced in this paper.DCS system can overcome the difficulties in data collection and mangement,complicated sequential control,safety interlocking and stable and reliable communication with other devices during the production of large scale coke oven battery.The field equipment can be monitored and controlled accurately in the center control room.
