Abstract:

The indexes of domestic high sulfur coking coal containing 2% sulfur were analyzed.Study on optimizing the blending of domestic high sulfur coking coal and imported low sulfur coking coal was carried out with a 40kg pilot coke oven battery, and industrial test was carried out in 6m top charging coke oven battery.The result shows that a blending ratio of 6.5%～8% can be obtained, and coal blending cost can be reduced by 5～10RMB/t after optimized blending of domestic high sulfur coking coal and imported low sulfur coking coal.
