Abstract:

Coal blending quality,heating quality,carbon penetration,burning loss in CDQ and carbon powder adhesion are the main factors for the generation of immature coke.The proportion of immature coke can be remarkably reduced by optimizing the coal blending proportion,heating system and CDQ operation,so that the coke quality can be improved.
