Abstract:

Based on coke oven heat balance calculation, the relationship between excessive air coefficient and coking heat consumption is analyzed.Heat taken away by waste gas increases if the excessive air coefficient is too high, resulting in higher coking heat consumption.Combining with the data measured at site,a rational oxygen range contained in flue gas is worked out to realize complete combustion of gas,and fulfill the purpose of energy saving, environment protection, economic beneficial, low coking heat consumption and higher production capacity of coke oven.
