Abstract:

The drying of low rank coal is the necessary pre-treatment process for its efficient  utilization.A process of "fluidized-bed drying with internal waste heat utilization" which has been operated in commercial scale in Germany is expounded in this paper.The process with innovative concept of technology has advanteges of safety,high efficiency,low consumption and less  emission.It is the advanced process suitable for pre-drying of low rank coal and worth notice.
