Abstract: Preventing carbonaceous deposits is essential for the normal operation of the coke oven during waste heat recovery process from stand pipe. This prevention is accomplished by managing the temperature of the interior wall on the stand pipe and isolating the stand pipe metal from raw gas. The development of effective temperature control strategies is a complex task requiring a thorough analysis of influencing factors, coupled with practical implementation.
Key words: Jacket coil heat exchanger, Carbonaceous deposits prevention, Temperature control for pipe wall
