Abstract: Anning branch of Yunnan Coal and Energy Co.，Ltd. faces problems of low quality rate and
great fluctuation of blending coal fineness. Pilot oven test is conducted to study the co-relations between
fineness of individual coal and blended coal and CSR. Fineness of blended coal is improved by adjusting
the VFD of No.3 crusher to 39 Hz. For 6m top charging battery, the closer the blended coal fineness is to
76%，the better the CSR will be.
