摘要: 介绍了焦化装置尾气的分类及尾气回收工艺。丙类产品尾气经吸收法处理后,合并到助燃空气中,可 以减少尾气排放量。乙类产品尾气与甲类产品尾气需要先采用氮封,然后合并到尾气中,经过吸收法处理后进 入焚烧炉。改质沥青反应釜释放的不凝性可燃气体,先合并到煤气管道中,再作为燃气送入焚烧炉,可以节省 大量的煤气。

Abstract: Introduction is made to the classification of the tail gas and its recovery process in the coking plant. The tail gas of products Class C,first being treated by absorption method,shall be added into the combustion air to reduce the emission. The tail gas of products Class B and A shall be sealed with nitrogen and mixed with the tail gas,which will enter the incinerator after being absorbed. The noncondensable combustible gas released by the modified pitch reactor shall be first merged into the gas pipeline and then sent to the incinerator as fuel,which can reduce a large amount of gas consumption.
