干熄焦放散气脱硫除尘协同处理研究

摘要: 利用地面除尘站和脱硫塔对干熄焦装焦放散气、预存室放散气和排焦放散气进行脱硫除尘协同处理后, 气体中颗粒物和二氧化硫排放浓度分别为 1.4 mg/m3 和 10 mg/m3 ,满足国家排放标准要求。随着 SO2 浓度的增加, SDS 工艺表现出比 CFB 更好的脱硫效果。

Abstract: During the process of CDQ operation, the bled gases from red-hot coke charging,prechamber and cooled coke discharging are treated in a combination of desulfurization and dedusting by using dedusting station and desulfurization column. As a result,the emission concentration of particulate matter and SO2 are 1.4 mg/m3 and 10 mg/m3 respectively, which can meet the requirement of national standard. With rising in SO2 concentration,the SDS process shows better performance than CFB in desulfurization
