摘要: 在已有干熄焦等余热回收技术基础上再使用焦炉上升管余热回收技术后,焦化厂生产的蒸汽量将大于 消耗量。比较了各种蒸汽综合利用方案的收益、投资、能效和占地情况,蒸汽直接售卖是最优方案;在蒸汽不 能直接售卖时,建设汽轮发电站是较优方案

Abstract: The new application of the waste heat recovery technology in the ascension pipe of the coke oven battery will make the steam production in the coking plant larger than its consumption, on the basis of the existing CDQ waste heat recovery. After comparing the incomes, investments, energy efficiency and land occupation of different steam utilization schemes, it is found that the direct sale of steam is the best option; if not possible, a turbine power station is recommended.
