影响捣固焦块度的研究

摘要: 采用 40 kg 试验焦炉对影响焦炭块度的煤质和主要工艺参数进行试验研究。研究表明,单种煤和配合 煤所得焦炭块度关联性指标主要有煤的挥发分、收缩度指标和对应焦炭抗碎强度 M40。降低配合煤挥发分和收缩 度有利于提高焦炭块度,M40 与焦炭平均块度相关性较高。提高装煤堆密度会显著降低焦炭块度,堆密度高是导 致捣固焦块度比顶装焦小的主要原因之一。炼焦加热制度对焦炭块度也有较大影响,其中单纯延长结焦后期焖 炉时间对焦炭平均块度有反作用,只有真正减缓炼焦速率才可提升焦炭平均块度。

Abstract: A 40 kg pilot oven was adopted to study the coal quality and main process parameters that affect the coke size. The research shows that the correlation indexes of coke size obtained from individual kind of coal and blended coal mainly include volatile matter of coal,shrinkage index and corresponding coke crushing strength M40. Reducing the volatile matter and shrinkage of blended coal is conducive to improving the coke size,and M40 has a high correlation with the average coke size. Increasing the bulk density of coal charging will significantly reduce the coke size, and high bulk density is one of the main reasons for the smaller size of stamp-charge battery coke than that of top-charge coke. Battery heating regime also has a great impact on coke size,in which simply prolonging the soaking time in the late coking period has a reaction on the average coke size,and only by truly slowing down the coking rate can the average coke size be increased
