摘要:

对现有利用循环氨水余热制冷的荒煤气初冷工艺存在的问题进行分析,通过对循环氨水分级处理,优化荒煤气初冷工艺,提高循环氨水进入制冷机组的温度,从而提高制冷机组效率,降低制冷机组造价,避免循环氨水喷头堵塞以及焦油在集气管内堵塞,保障了焦化生产过程的安全稳定顺行。

关键词: 余热利用, 循环氨水制冷, 低温水, Aspen Plus计算

Abstract:

Analysis is made to the problems in raw gas primary cooling by utilizing waste heat from flushing liquor for current chilling.After taking measures,like treatment for the flushing liquor by stages,optimization for raw gas primary cooling process and increasing the temperature of the flushing liquor into the refrigerator,satisfactory results can be obtained such as higher efficiency of refrigerator unit,lower cost of the unit,and avoidance of blockage in flushing liquor nozzle or tar jamming inside the GCM so that safe and stable operation can be ensured.
