干熄炉料钟对干熄焦系统影响的研究

摘要:

针对干熄炉料钟对干熄焦系统的影响,从理论方面进行了研究与分析,并进行了不同干熄炉料钟直径的对比试验。理论与试验表明,随着干熄炉直径的增大,干熄炉内布料的不均匀性增加;采用合适的料钟直径是解决干熄炉内焦炭温度偏析和改善系统阻力分布的关键。

关键词: 干熄焦, 料钟, 均匀性, 数学模型

Abstract:

ue to the effect of CDQ bell to coke distribution into the CDQ chamber, study and analysis were made in this paper.Test was done for coke distribution upon different bell sizes.The result shows that the inhomogeneity of coke distribution gets worse with CDQ chamber diameter increasing.The key to solve the temperature segregation inside the chamber and to improve the system resistance distribution is to select appropriate diameter CDQ bell for the coke distribution.
