摘要:

分析了15MW凝汽式汽轮机的运行工况,找出汽轮机效率低的主要原因是喷嘴结垢。确定了蒸汽清洗、热水清洗、揭缸清理3种清洗盐垢的方案,介绍了各清洗方案的特点,可以根据生产条件选择适当的方案。

Abstract:

In this paper,working condition of 15MW condensing type turbine is analyzed.Fouling at turbine nozzle,the main cause of low efficiency is found.Three measures i.e.steam purging,hot water cleaning and cylinder-removal cleaning are given,including each feature,which can be selected according to actual situation.
