摘要:

通过增加预存室容积、采用双斜道技术、提高耐材性能、优化装入装置、改进二次除尘器、优化提升机系统等方法,对干熄焦炉体及系统设备进行优化和改进。改进后,干熄焦装置排焦温度降至140℃,余热利用率增加,同时保证了高炉焦炭供给的稳定性。

Abstract:

The proper and process equipment of CDQ are improved and optimized by increasing the volume of prechamber,adopting double flue technology,improving the performance of refractories,optimizing the charging device,modifying the secondary de-duster and optimizing the crane system.After improvement,the temperature of discharged coke is reduced to 140℃,the utilization rate of waste heat is increased,and coke supply to the blast furnace can be ensured.
