摘要:

为减少剩余氨水蒸氨时的蒸汽消耗量,将大孔导向筛板应用到蒸氨塔设计中,利用化工仿真软件对塔盘数量和蒸汽消耗量的关系进行了仿真及优化。相比泡罩蒸氨塔,每吨剩余氨水的蒸汽消耗量减少了30kg,废水的含氨量从50~100mg/L降低到30mg/L,塔的检修和维护也更方便。

Abstract:

To reduce steam consumption during ammonia stripping from coal water,large hole flow\|guided sieve tray is adopted in the design of ammonia stripper.Chemical engineering simulation software is used to simulate and optimize the relationship between number of trays and steam consumption.Compared with bubble cap ammonia stripper,steam consumption per ton coal water is reduced by 30kg,ammonia content in waste water is reduced to 30mg/L from 50~100mg/L,and it is more convenient to inspect and repair the ammonia stripper.
