摘要:

由于存在饱和器后煤气带酸和大循环泵电流波动现象,腐蚀煤气阀门、管道,影响硫铵产量,严重威胁安全生产。技术改进后,消除了饱和器后煤气带酸和大循环泵电流波动的问题,延长了设备运转周期,减少了备件消耗,效益显著。

Abstract:

Corroded gas valves and pipes, affected output of ammonium sulfate as well as threatened security in operation all result in acid exist in gas after saturator, and current fluctuated in circulating pump. After removing acid from gas and stabilizing the current, the operating cycle of equipment is prolonged and the loss of spare parts is reduced.
