Problem analysis of ladle shroud in service

Ladle shroud is an important part of the sliding nozzle system.In this paper,the causes of the problems such as transverse fracture,perforation, steel entrainment and steel sticking of the ladle shroud in service are analyzed,and some improvement measures are summarized.
