Abstract:

In this paper，the improvement of automatic dust removal system for lime delivery are introduced.When the lime is being conveyed out of bunker,VVVF motor for dust removal starts through photoelectricity switch.Dusty gas is firstly collected under negative pressure of induced draft fan,then fed into dust hopper and discharged into elevator by screw conveyor.Automatic variant frequency start of the dust removal system and dust recovery and utilization can be realized,simultaneously dust emission is cut down.
