Abstract:

This paper studies the impact of forming pressure to performances of synthesized CaZrO3,which is made of fused zirconia powder and active lime powder as raw materials, and analyses the mineral facies and microstructure by XRD and SEM.The results show that density increases with the forming pressure going up;when the pressure reaches up to 200MPa,its effect on density becomes weak;the pressure has no effect on mineral facies and little effect on microstructure. In conclusion, the optimal forming pressure value is 200MPa.
