摘要: 近年来镁质材料应用较为广泛,而高纯镁质材料以高耐火性的优势,比一般的镁质材料应用更为广泛。研究 发现,镁质材料中钙和铁杂质会降低其稳定性及抗熔渣侵蚀的能力,从而制约镁质材料的发展。文中总结了降低镁质 材料中钙和铁杂质含量和提高镁质材料纯度的方法,并探究了今后提高镁质耐火材料纯度的重点研究方向。

Abstract: In recent years, magnesium materials have been widely used,especially,high-purity magnesium materials,which has the advantage of good fire resistance. Research has found that calcium and iron impurities in magnesium materials can reduce their stability and resistance to slag erosion,thereby restricting the development of magnesium materials. The study summarizes the methods for reducing the content of calcium and iron impurities in magnesium materials to improve the purity of magnesium materials. And key research directions for improving the purity of magnesium refractory materials in the future are explored.
