中间包锆环滑板失效机理解析

摘要:

通过对宝钢股份炼钢厂1450连铸机浇铸高氧电工钢试验使用多种材质中间包滑板,并进行了理化性能检测,跟踪不同材质滑板在高氧钢的使用寿命。重点对两块中间包滑板用后锆环残砖显微结构与XRD物相进行分析,并与原砖进行理化性能对比,研究锆环滑板异常失效原因并解析损毁机理。

Abstract:

By testing the physical and chemincal properties of various tundish slide plates and tracking the service lifes of different slide plates in high oxygen steel,the micro structures and XRD patters of the residual zirconium oxide ring bricks in two tundish slide plates were analized.By comparing the physical and chemical properties of the test bricks with the original brick,the cause of abnormal failure of the zirconium oxide ring slide plate was studied and the damage mechanism was analyzed.
