超导换热技术在回转窑中的应用

摘要:

国内广泛采用回转窑烧制冶金石灰及水泥,生产过程中会产生大量高温烟气,造成热量的流失。通过详细的热工计算后,采用引进的超导换热技术,将超导换热装置运用到回转窑中。投运以来产生了较高的经济效益,响应了国家节能减排的号召,具有较好的社会效果。

Abstract:

Rotary kiln is widely used for burning metallurgical lime and cement in China,and a mass of high temperature flue gas will be produced,resulting in heat loss.Our company applies superconducting heat transfer device in rotary kiln after thermal calculations.It has brought high economic benefits after putting into operation,responded to the government order of energy conservation and emission reduction and gotten positive social effects.
