摘要:

麦尔兹窑尾气中CO2含量较高,回收利用CO2具有很高的环境价值与经济效益。简要介绍了数种工业上常用的CO2回收工艺及其特点,从经济与技术角度比选适合麦尔兹窑的CO2回收工艺。阐述MEA法回收CO2技术原理及工艺流程,并对项目实施后产生的社会环境及经济效益做出分析预测。

Abstract:

Large quantities of CO2 is contained in tail gas of Maers kiln.Recovery and utilization of the CO2 has remarkable environmental value and economic benefits. This paper briefly introduces a number of CO2 recovery processes commonly used in industry and selects an appropriate recovery process for Maers kiln after comparison from economic and technical standpoints.In addition, the paper illustrates the technical principle and process flow of MEA method and predicts the environmental and economic benefits of the project.
