摘要:

以某焦化厂5.5 m焦炉烘炉为例,通过分析焦炉烘炉的升温特点,研究焦炉炉体在烘炉期间的膨胀规律,浅析炉柱曲度在烘炉期间的变化规律。研究发现,焦炉炉柱曲度在烘炉期间的变化规律呈先增大后减小的趋势。

Abstract:

An example of 5.5 m coke oven heating-up is presented in this paper.Study is carried out for the expansion law of the refractory block and the curvature change of the buckstay as well during the coke oven heating-up through analysis of the temperature rising behavior.The result demonstrates that the buckstay curvature changes in a tendency from bigger to smaller.
