焦炭基质反应性对气化和矿石还原反应的影响研究

摘要:

利用热重分析仪、差热分析仪和质谱仪研究了低反应性焦炭和高反应性焦炭与CO2、球团矿和块矿的反应特性,从吸热角度探讨了焦炭反应性存在差异的原因。结果表明,高反应性焦炭比低反应性焦炭更容易与CO2、球团矿和块矿发生反应。低反应性焦炭的碳原子脱离焦炭分子结构消耗的能量较高,需要吸收更多的能量来打破焦炭分子结构,进而发生化学反应。高反应性焦炭消耗的能量较低,碳原子容易从焦炭分子上脱落,因此化学反应温度低,反应更均匀。

Abstract:

Two kinds of coke were chosen to study the reaction characteristics with CO2,pellet and lump ore, i.e.coke A represents low CRI coke and coke B for high CRI coke.The reasons for the difference of coke reactivity are discussed from perspective of heat absorption.The results show that high reactivity coke B is easier to react with CO2,pellet and lump ore than low reactivity coke A.When the carbon atoms of low reactivity coke separate from the molecular structure,more energy is consumed.More energy is needed to absorb so as to break the molecular structure and trigger chemical reaction.The energy consumption of high reactivity coke B is low,carbon atoms are easier to separate from coke moleculars.As a result,this chemical reaction is characterized with low temperature and uniform reaction.
