摘要： 介绍了沙钢7.63 m焦炉提高焦炭M40达标率的应用实践，通过分析建立单种煤对焦炭M40贡献率、利用镜质组反射率和基氏流动度进行优化配煤等方法，结合干熄焦等焦炉生产工艺，使焦炭的M40达标率稳定提高。生产的优质冶金焦炭长期稳定供应5 800 m3高炉使用，保证了高炉的顺行。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the application of improving the coke M40 acceptability rate in Shasteel 7.63 m coke oven.Through establishing the contribution rate of individual kind of coal to coke M40,optimizing coal blending by using vitrinite reflectance and Gieseler fluidity,plus cokemaking process like CDQ,thus the M40 compliance rate can be steadily improved.The high-quality metallurgical coke can be used for 5,800 m3 blast furnace,which ensures the smooth operation of the blast furnace.
