摘要:

分析了韶钢废水氟化物的来源,探讨了废水中氟化物的治理方法。氟化物减排可采用源头治理和末端治理的方法,源头治理主要是管控原辅料含氟量和优化生产工艺;末端治理采用沉淀、吸附、离子交换等方法,可以将氟化物从200 mg/L降至10 mg/L左右,去除率约95%。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the source of fluoride in wastewater in Shaoguan Iron & Steel and discussed its treatment solutions.Source treatment or end treatment could be applied to reduce fluoride from wastewater.The source treatment focuses on minimizing fluorine-containing raw materials or optimizing the process flow.The end treatment can reduce fluoride from 200 mg/L to about 10mg/L, and the removal rate is about 95%,by methods of precipitation,adsorption, and ion exchange etc..
