摘要: 利用Aspen Plus建立了AS脱硫塔模型,采用Box-Behnken对AS脱硫塔吸收效果进行仿真试验,分析了煤气出口H2S含量与工艺参数之间的关系,并对工艺参数进行优化。优化后煤气出口H2S含量达到了目标要求,表明模型准确,优化方案合理。

Abstract:

The model of AS desulfurization process is established with Aspen Plus.Simulation is done by adopting Box-Behnken method to test the absorption effect of the AS desulfurization column.The correlation between H2S content at gas outlet and process parameter is analyzed.The process parameters are also optimized.After the optimization,the H2S concentration at the gas outlet can meet the requirement of production,which demonstrates that the model is accurate and the optimization is viable.
